UVDTF - Gang Sheet Builder

Ready to Print Gang Sheet Guidelines:

📐 Artwork Specs:

• Use 300dpi or higher resolution for quality.
• No screenshots; original designs only.
• White backgrounds print as-is.
• Preferred file type: PNG.
• Remove background.
• Don't mirror files.
• Artwork size as you want it printed.
• Confirm copyright.
• Printed colors may vary. (Exact color accuracy cannot be guaranteed)
• There may be slight variations in color for repeat orders.
• Avoid micro lines. (Minimum line weight 2pt.)

Application Instructions:

• Remove back layer of film
• Align the UV transfer to surface and firmly press the transfer onto surface
• Using a craft squeegee, go over the transfer, removing any air bubbles as you go
• Carefully peel up the top layer of film, working your way around the cup, and watching to ensure the design doesn't lift as well.  If you find that it is lifting, squeegee the wrap with the top film again, and re-peel.
• If your design tears, simply line up the two sides and press firmly to adhere.
• Hand Washing is recommended for longevity.
